The Wordpress 2.5 upgrade is pretty easy. if your upgrading from 2.+.+ its really simple. I use this &lt;a href=&quot;http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;database backup plugin&lt;/a&gt; which backs up my databases daily and sends it to me in an email automatically. the upgrade is pretty simple though. All you have to do is copy the new WP files to the server with ftp. Just make sure you don&#039;t overwrite the &quot;wp-content&quot; folder. Most themes handle the upgrade pretty easily too. It}s scary when you first do it, but if you back everything up, you&#039;re good.
